Our Services

Consulting | Coaching | Speaking

We help women leaders gain the confidence to attain upward mobility

in their organizations, to start up their own ventures, and to speak up for themselves through our 8-week Rise Advocates® Academy.

Diana has a vision to certify 10,000 women leaders with the hopes that they will in turn mentor 1,000 women.

We also assist organizations to implement proven strategies, such as our P.A.S.S.I.O.N.™ and Stories and Courageous Conversations™ methodologies, that provide space for employees to speak up about challenging and difficult situations, without fear of retaliation. This makes employees feel seen, heard, and know that they matter in their organizations, which increases employee retention, improves innovation at work, and increases employee well-being. This is especially important for women leaders.

Client Testimonials

Working with Diana was a game-changer for our organization.

She brought her authentic self during our first in-person meeting and continued to do so in every session thereafter. This established a sense of trust and a foundation for the culture building work ahead. Diana challenged us to keep DEI top of mind, but she also provided the tools that have now set us up to make a greater societal impact through our Changing the Face of Golf movement.

Laura Diaz, Senior Director of Community and Inclusion at the LPGA

Diana is one of the best speakers I’ve ever seen.

She is so engaging and so dynamic. I’ve never seen anyone involve her audience and keep their attention in a more intimate way than she does. Her stories resonate. She is relatable. Her personal journey is part of the unique connection she makes with her audience. Diana is a wonderful asset to our Toledo community. The more people that have the opportunity to listen to her and to learn from her, the better any community would be.

Wade Kapszukiewicz, Mayor of the City of Toledo, Ohio

Diana did a phenomenal job keynoting our Go Red for Women Luncheon virtual event. She really connected with our audience by taking a personal approach – it seemed like Diana was talking one-on-one with you. I received so many calls and emails from attendees that said “they didn’t want the event to end.”. Diana pulls from her own personal experiences to inspire audiences, and provides participants with a few takeaways they can implement in their everyday lives

Elizabeth Lewis, Former Director of the American Heart Association’s, Social Programs

Diana was spectacular as usual – inspirational, motivational, and gave our students incredible keys to move on in their future.

Diana is an advocate, public speaker, she’s inspirational and deeply committed to community, and to creating equity, promoting diversity and helping all of us look at ourselves, accept who we are, and find ways to meet our goals while engaging and supporting others. I encourage you to sign-up for her events and Rise Advocates Academy.”

Jan Ruma, President and CEO of the CEO of the Pathways Community HUB Institute

We provided life skills to the best youth boys and girls in all of Canada through the first of its kind dual-performance: Basketball and life skills development camps for the Nike Men’s and Women’s All Canada Camp. I’d like to think that we had a profound impact on why basketball has grown exponentially in Canada over the past 20 years. The Toronto Raptors winning the 2019 Championship was a testament of the early groundwork you and I did to make basketball the country’s fastest growing sport. Hat’s off to you and your work Diana.

Kevin Carr, CEO and Founder of Pro2CEO, and former Vice President of Social Responsibility and Player Programs for the National Basketball Association and NBA Development League.
